I have iTunes 11.0.4(4), two iPhone 5's and an iPad 1 hooked up. My Apps appear to be corrupted and/or missing withing the Mobile Applications folder within the 'Music' folder. Within iTunes the Apps that are missing are greyed out, they are present on the actual devices but not updating correctly for instance; I have 'My Data Manager' on my iPhone and I wanted to put it on my wife's iPhone.
I am unable to remote my iTunes library from my iPad. My laptop is a windows base system. It has Win7 and my iTune's library is sharing. On my iPad, once the Remote app is launched, it does show and icon for my library on my lap top but when I click on it, I always receive the message that can't connect to library.
The App is registered on the 'All' page within the iTune Apps page but I get the error message - 'file could not be found. Would you like to locate it'! So I have the App on my iPhone, it appears to be syncing OK but it is not inthe Mobile Appications folder within the iTunes folder structure. It is not just this App, it is abput 50% of my library of 336 Apps! My only option at the moment appears to be downloading direct from the App Store to my other phone but even when syncing this App is not being placed in the Mobile Applications folder?
